01 · Privacy
How SeeChina uses the email and trip answers you share when requesting a personal China pre-trip brief.
SeeChina collects only what we need to confirm your email and prepare a personal China pre-trip brief.
We do not sell your email address, and we do not create a marketing account for you.
When you request a brief, we collect the email address you enter and the trip answers you choose—typically passport country, destination city, travel style, stay preference, and arrival timing.
We may also process limited technical signals used to protect the service, such as approximate network location and device or browser information needed for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Your email is used to send a confirmation link, then to deliver your personal pre-trip brief after you confirm.
Your trip answers are used only to prepare that brief and to manage related delivery, cooldown, and support follow-up when you contact us.
We do not use your email for advertising lists or unrelated newsletters.
We use trusted providers to host the website, store request data, and send transactional email. Those providers process information only to run SeeChina.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect against abuse.
We keep verified email and brief-request records for as long as needed to deliver your brief, prevent repeat-abuse, honor cooldown rules, and answer support questions you send us.
Rate-limit and similar security records are kept only for short protection windows.
You can ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing vina@seechina.vip.
Because the service works by email confirmation, you can also simply stop using SeeChina and ignore any unused confirmation message.

02 · Terms
Terms for using SeeChina’s free China pre-trip guides, city pages, and personal brief requests.
SeeChina provides free, practical pre-trip guidance for foreign visitors preparing for travel in China.
City pages, FAQ checklists, and personal briefs are informational tools—not bookings, filings, insurance, or guaranteed outcomes.
SeeChina is not an immigration office, visa agency, law firm, bank, airline, hotel, or medical provider.
Entry rules, payment options, connectivity, and transport conditions change. Always confirm current requirements with official sources before you travel.
Requesting a brief means you ask us to email a confirmation link and, after you confirm, a personal pre-trip brief based on the answers you submit.
Please use an email address you control. Do not submit other people’s addresses without permission.
Use SeeChina for genuine trip preparation. Do not probe, scrape, or overload the service, and do not attempt to bypass confirmation, rate limits, or abuse protections.
We may refuse, delay, or limit requests that look automated, abusive, or unsafe for the service.
